Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 84g sweet potato - baked or microwaved
  • 78g plain non-fat plain yogurt
  • 2/3 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (or 1/4 - 1/2 tsp approx for powder)
  • 1 tsp flax oil 

METHOD:

Blend all the ingredients into a blender

Add 4 ice cubes and approximately 1/4 - 1/2 cup water.

serve chilled.
